Draft EIR & Notice of Availability and Public Comment Opportunity

Public participation is an essential part of the CEQA process. UC Davis has released for public review the Draft EIR for the UC Davis Folsom Center for Health Master Plan as stated in the Notice of Availability (NOA) for a 45-day review period.

Draft EIR Public Review and Comment Period

The 45-day public review period for the Draft EIR begins on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 and ends on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.

The purpose of the public review period is to provide the public an opportunity to review and comment on the UC Davis Folsom Center for Health Master Plan Draft EIR. Please send your written or electronic responses, with contact information for your agency or yourself, to the following address:

Public and agency comments must be received no later than 5:00 PM on May 16, 2022.

Draft EIR Public Hearing

UC Davis will also conduct a virtual public hearing during the public comment period. The hearing objective is to provide a verbal comment opportunity for the public on the environmental impact details of the proposed project. The public hearing will be on April 14, 2022, beginning from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be conducted via Zoom, an online video conferencing service. If you are interested in attending, please register in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The public hearing is scheduled for the following date and time:

• Thursday, April 14, 2022 starting at 4:30 p.m. online via Zoom webinar.
